Won't display our web site properly

Hello,
Internet Explorer 8 won't display our web site properly. In fact, the navigation bars on the side and the bottom aren't displayed at all. This is a web site that was designed with Microsoft Publisher. I finally downgraded to Explorer 7 so we could view our own site, but I'm concerned that many potential customers will have Explorer 8 and hence not be able to view it either.

Maybe if you had downloaded recent updates for the program, this might have fixed the problems.

Please give some code to make display propery in mozilla and internet explorer and opera browser

There is a css property for that: overflow.
Can you edit the css file?
