Micro sd card problem

Hello,
my sd card works in my mobile normally
but when i insert same in my computer it shows its write protected and cannot be formatted
because of this i cannot copy any songs or pictures to this card or delete any thing one this card
i check this card into mobile but it work properly and dnt have any password protection
what will be the problem ??
please help me
