Cant open d and e drive

Hello,
i cant able to open e and f drive.when i double click it doesnt open.it says u have to format when i click format it says u cannot format..other than e and f i can open all the drive.
please tell me

You can still open your task manager and try to find the process of the worm and then end process then delete from your system 32

Dear Amoi,

This problem might be generated by a worm.

You will easily get access to it if you explore the disk.

You will hence have access to the drives.

i had already done...i tried explore and open...watever i do it says u should format when i click format it says u cannot format
