Drive D doesn`t display HELP?

Hello,
i inserted a DVD+R in my dvd rom and opened MY COMPUTER and there was no DRIVE D HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks in advance
