Hello,
I had to unplug my printer to get some work done on my modem but when I got my modem back and plugged my printer in again it did not work. I no longer have the disc for the printer. however I have tried to reconnect it by unplugging and replugging it to make sure that the connections are secure. I tried to download comptaible models from the computer with no success. HELP!!!

Dear Sir,

Please reconfigure the settings of the printer please.

You will have to get to the 'Printers and Faxes' found in the 'Control Panel'.

Right click on the printer and 'Set Printer as Default'.

Also make sure that there is no incomplete tasks.

Delete all the tasks and restart your computer.

This should solve your problem.
