STOPS AT BOOT MENU

Hello,
my pc stops at boot up menu and i can't even switch in safe mode...the problem was started since i had a message ''usb not recognized''..what can i do to fix the problem?

i noticed this message ''cmos checksum error'' but i changed some settings in setup menou and now it's ok although after the bios screen and before entering the windows logo is too slow..
