I'm facing a strange problem with my brand new notebook - Dell Core 2 Duo + 4 G memory + Vista Ultimate + IE8 + Adobe Flash Player 10.
I've tried all suggestions found both on Adobe and Microsoft websites and nothing worked at all.
Whenever I'm watching to any video or continuous webcam broadcasting, when I close the app it still runs 'on the background', as a ghost ! The app is closed (no app on the bottom bar) and I still hear the sound of the video or webcam broadcast, but obviously with no image. And when this happens, I cannot open another video or webcam broadcasting, because the system 'thinks' that the previous one is still running.
