Photoshp raw problems

Hello,
i have a 50d Canon it opens in CR2 but i can not open on photoshop. i have updated my photoshop it is 5.0 the camera raw inthe plug in is 3.5 how do i update that.

i am working in vista editor photoshop 5.0 elements, camera raw 3.5
