My problem is a little different. I chcked my email and I guess i didn't log out and someone from my work went to my account and sent an email to alll my contacts saying really reallly nasty things that I can not even say here. First i didn't know who it could be than when I asked one of my contact who was my best friend to chck the ip addres and she did. and the isp came to my work place so than i right away knew who did it because the time she recieved the email this guy was on his break and no one else was on break and I have a big time beef with him because he has assulted me and I have reported on him many times but what he has done now has really upseted me i can't do anything because that email has been sent to ma relatives who will thnk i did taht..i want to know is there anything i can do legally. I know 100% dat he did it. I have matched the ip address of my work computer and the email that my friend recieved and it is 100% right..please help me asap. thanks..
