Optiplex Series GX270 * PLEASE HELP*

Hello,
I'm trying to help my cousin with her compter. She has a Dell Optiplex series GX270, with microsoft pro xp. She can log onto it but it says that she has missing or currupt files. What can we do to fix this? She does't have a factory disc. What are our options. WE would like to take it back to factory settings if posibble.

She doesn't have the Microsoft pro xp disk. She got the computer from someone. How can we get this disc, can I make one from my computer? Thank you for answering these questions, I appreciate it.

hello ,
just my friend has that probleme in his computer with traying and traying and computer work than.
tray to open boot in in gx270 is F12 when u just turn computer on .
and u can chose normal way or boot from ur hard disk if doesnt go tray to cheek ur keybord cable in mouse also must be one of them is not in right possition .or other usb cable
after look in the net so please tray to cheek this page .
