Computer Not boot

Hello,

I have LG PC AMD proceccor, my system does not boot no display while the the power is on. hard disk is vibrate, CD rom is ok, ram is ok.

this is very serious problem please help me.

Dear Sir,

Could you please give information if the PC makes a beep sound at the

beginning. And also check if the power supply cable is not damaged.
