Hi,
I guess that is a virus infection, why don't you try to run a scan in for your device using a good anti-virus software. I think it might help.

Hopefully, once you've run the antivirus you'll be able to see and use your files again. Sometimes however, this isn't the case. Although the content of the files might still exist on the disk, the file index information may get screwed up etc. If so, then you can see if the files are recoverable using the free demo version of a commercial file recovery product that will scan the device for deleted files and show you exactly what can be recovered.
At least that will show you if you can recover the deleted files or if they've been well and truly corrupted.
