Excel Help

Hello,


I have an excel sheet (sheet 1) with following columns and values filled in .

ID Status Name Original Date % Complete Forecast Date Actual Date
1 Good ss 10/13/2009
2 BAD DD 10/14/2009
3 NEW QQ 10/07/2009

I have another excel sheet (sheet 2) with a date field

10/14/2009

what i need is , In an another excel sheet (sheet3) , i have to get the rows in sheet 1, where the original date is greater than the date in sheet 2

so the sheet 3 contains on the following two rows

ID Status Name Original Date % Complete Forecast Date Actual Date
1 Good ss 10/13/2009
2 BAD DD 10/14/2009

is it possible using an formula, please let me know.
