Lg360 "select network" has in a chip

Hello,
My fone is saying that i need to select a network i put a simcard in and its still asking for a network what should i do??

Dear Sir,

Please contact your network provider in order to know

what network you should select. I hope that you are not

using a dual sim card phone.
