HP Officejet L7780 All in One

Hello,

My HP L7780 will not feed the paper in. Message keeps reading Paper Empty, but the paper
holder thing is full. If you assist the paper, by pushing it through the place it goes, the printer will then continue to feed, but thats the only way I can print

Any ideas anyone?

hi there,

the roller bar has been damaged

or something stucked under it

get it replaced by a qualified technician
