Hello,

help help help,

compaq r4000 notebook.

when i plug in the main power cable to the back, the sreen darkens as if its on batteries when i take the cable out again it lightens. this happened two days again and i cant work in the dark. is there anything i can do.

go to control panel

hardware & sounds:

power options;

select a power plan and change the setting
