Conection Failure

Hello,
I just paid for my internet subscription renewal and my modem cannot connect. It throws upp this error 6 code and the Engrs said that i need an OS repair but i want to find out if there is another way around the problem cause my subscription is fast depleting.

the only solution as the engineers advised you

is to make a repair

you will loose nothing only the missing dll and files will be replaced
