Need help with my computer

Hello,
My computer wont let me watch video's. it will play for like 2 seconds and then load and then play it for like 2 seconds and so on. HELP!!! What can i do to make it play?

to watch videos. Also give details if you are watching online videos or if they are

saved on your PC. This particular information will help us solve your problem.
