i have an HP, i just bought it last year, and sometimes it just shuts off, and it will not turn back on! nowi will say i am guilty of keeping my computer plugged in all night music going, im not shore if thats it! or if its my battery or even a glitch in my computer. but if you know what could be causing this email me! would love to fix this on my own!
plug out the charger, plug out the battery than push and hold power button 30 seconds, then plug in the battery and the charger in and push the power button.
