Secondary IDE slave not detected

Hello,
my computer started stating secondary ide slave not detected. what do i do. I know there is a quick fix but i can't remember it. please help.

Dear Keli,

There's normally two cables, one going to your harddisk and the other one to

the CD Rom, please remove the CD Rom cable and plug it to it.

This should solve your problem.

try ur hard drive jumper removed then try to plug it as harddisk and get system powered on then make it serviced.
