Says there is no cartridege in

Hello,
I have a brother mFC215C printer. It says there is no ink in the black cartridge but there is. i can hear it when i shake the cartridge. I took the cartridge out. opened and shut the lid . Replaced the cartridge again but it says there is no cartridge in the machine. Can you help lease

Dear Emba,

This shows that catridge is not being detected. Try removing it and cleaning it up

for solving your problem. There might be some ink that has stuck or also it could be from

the fact that the ink in the catridge has dried up. Confirm it and use another catridge,
