Dear Sir
This should be originating from the clock settings. Please get to the Date and
Time Properties and get to the internet time. Check 'automatically synchronize
with internet time server' and add the server as time.windows.server. This
should solve your problem.

If this is a desk top computer it should be easy to replace the CMOS battery. All PC's have a button type battery the runs the time-of-day clock in the PC. After 4 or 5 years they need replacement. It's easy to do in a desktop - much harder to do in a laptop.
