Not able to Install XOP OS

This shiva, I have Compaq CQ40-144 TU LapTop, Not able to install XP OS.
Can anybody Help Me

Thanks for you reply..
Presentlyim using VISTA Trial Version . It will be expire after 30 days,I want to install XP OS ,Could you please help me.
