Tecra 8000 Closed

Question

Hello, can anybody help I can not get the Toshiba logo on my laptop the screen goes black and I get a message " insert system disck in drive press any key when ready I have had no problems with my laptop in the past, but I had not used it for about 2-3 months as I purchased a new one.

I do not want to get rid of the Tecra, If you can help I would be most greatful.

Dear Sir,

You must have had some problems which is resulting in this inconvenience.

Please insert the system disk that you obtained when you had purchased it.

Follow the instructions and have the solution to your problem. This will also 

be a solution to confirm whether you have not got a BIOS problem.

Hi I do not have any recovery discs with the machine what else would surgesst?
