problem with window live msnClosed

signing in to window live messenger failed, i t dosnt work and wont open,.
it shows errors No: 8000401a.
please need your help,.

The error 8000401a normally results from the fact that there are more than one person who has 

signed in onto it and the best way for it to work properly will be to clear up the caches and the cookies.
