Help with ARES

Hello,
i have just downloaded the new Ares and i seem to be connected,but when i type in something in the search box, itll stay like that for hours and not find ANY results, i think something must be wrong with it, or maybe i should download the old version,please help me someone!!!

did you unlock

you firewall to use this

as if blocked it will seem like

its freeze

yes ive unlocked the firewall but it still wont work, any other ideas?
