You had the VBS.SASAN worm and your antivirus program removed the files but did not remove the start command in the registry.
You need to find entries of it on the registry
Start -> Run > regedit -> Click ok
Search for "solution.vbs" w/o quotes, delete these entries.
Before you do this make sure you save/export a backup of your registry.
You might get better results if you download Ccleaner and have it clean your registry.
