Filter doesn't work

Hello,
Please help me I have make entry 1500 name in column "A" but now the auto filter does not work properly and "Show all " option is disable .When I Could this problem options Excel has (Data->Filter->Auto Filter), but not work Excel does like before.

Any suggestions how to actually filter your sheet's rows based on the item you select in the column filter drop downs?

what version of excel are you using?
