How to filter specific email addresses in Yahoo Mail

Hi,

I’m trying to filter gmail.com emails which are scam attempts (delivery, competition winner etc) but which all have a + in the long address b4 the at sign:

aaa+bbb@gmail.com

would this filter work?

*+*@gmail.com

Hi,

The filter you suggested will not work. You need to create a filter that only includes the + sign in the rule so that email addresses that have it will be blocked.

Here is how to set the filter:

  • Rule: From
  • Contains: +
  • Match case: No
