Including my voice to an added sound on TiktokClosed

Hello, 

I'm trying to record on Tiktok with one of the added sounds. When I speak during the recording, I don't hear my voice during the playback, only the added sound. When I check the Tiktok volume, the original sound is greyed out meaning I can't adjust it. The added sound volume is still adjustable. Is there a way to use my voice with the added sound during recording?

When I click on the + symbol for record, I then add the added sound from TikTok. However, I do not see a microphone image in the upper right corner. First icon I see is the flip camera screen icon and then the speed icon. I thought recording original voice first and then adding the added sound from Tiktok but that does not align the timing of my voice with the added sound.

There is a microphone symbol at the upper right that you must activate before recording.

Alternatively, you can first record the video with your voice and then add the TikTok sound.
