Reboot problem

thank you so much i spent 45 mins trying to figure out on how to fix the reboot problem
i thought i broke the computer and my mom would yell at mom me
thank you so much

i think u should shut down everything
turn on it back again
press the safe mode it should take atleast 2 mins then
it weill restart by itself/
after a while u will see a blue screen that load
then ur done :)
