There is no divice coming up!!

Hello, I'm really getting mad becouse no divice comes up when I go on windows media can somebody tell me what to do please!?

Hi,
First, Start>run and type devmgmt.msc then make sure your device is Enable.
Other way, try to reinstall your windows media or download the latest version,it should work for you .
