Cant start computer

Hello,
I start the computer normally, but there comes a black screen, that tells me to open windows in:
-safe mode
-safe mode with networking
-safe mode with command prompt
-start windows normally
or
-last known good configuration

I clicked at all but everytime there comes a blue screen(with some text) and then the computer restarts itself.
So I cant start even the computer.

please, HELP me !!!!
