Hello, I just spent $104.00 and an hour and 1/2 on the phone with support just to be informed that my graphics
card on the motherbioard is no good.
can any one help,any suugestions ?

on the problem that you are facing with

your laptop?if you are not sure about

about the answer that was given on your pc

hook an external monitor to it and test

Hi, I did what support asked me to do, when they finally asked me to plug my laptop to my work monitor is when they said it was my graphics card in the motherboard.
They laptop turns on, the key board lights up but the screen is black.
