hi there,
follow these steps:
launch game
open tash manager pressing ctrl alt del
search GTAIV.exe
Start processexp.exe
now right-click GTAIV.exe
Select "Properties"
open "Threads" tab
choose xlive thread which consumes all the CPU time and press kill
restore your game
