Gmail account recovery Closed

Question

i am unable to signin to my gmail account though i remember all the credentials i.e. the mail id and the password.When i am trying to login it is not accepting the password neither giving an option to reset it.
I tried to verify it via google but it says that the account does not belong to me.
i have registered to various jobs via that email id and its really important for me to recover that account {***@***}.
Please help me with the recovery process,its really urgent

Around 15th of August but after that my phone got formatted and after then I am unable to signin
