I cannot close a programme

Hello,
I cannot close Desktop manager programme and it will not respond to any commands I have closed compute down, Left the system running all night and nothing will clear it.

Dear Liz,

Try stopping the running tasks through the task manager and see whether there is a virus

infection on your PC.
