Hello, I've been trying to install windows xp on my latop (DV6-1250EO) from windows vista and windows 7 but it seems almost impossible. When i try to boot the windows xp cd i get a bluescreen with an error message. So now im going to burn a cd with xp and my sata drivers, but i just cant se to find my drivers anywhere.
Is it somebody that can help me please??

Windows XP install CD does not have drivers for the enhanced SATA interface chip on your laptop. You need to "slipstream" the required drivers onto a new copy of the CD. Please do a search of this forum for more hints.

Even if you get XP installed you will not have drivers for the other motherboard chips. Like sound and network. you will find that HP does not provide the XP drivers.

Good Luck
