optiarc 7200s not responding to its driver Solved/Closed

Hello, 
Im using a vista windows system on a dell inspiron 530 im having trouble with the opitarc dvd player reading the drivers and am getting a code 19 im lost and not sure what to do any ideas people, please help.Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 8.0
