Deleting WIN32/conficker

Hello..... my name is tonie and i have a problem accesing to the internet, i have an ESET NOD32 antivirus on my computer and when i scannned a box pop up with an information virus WIN32/conficker. how to delete these kind of virus coz it pisses me off... hope you will be able to help me, thanks in advance....

Dear Tonie,

Please carry out a virus scan and hence remove the virus. If the anti virus application is unable to

remove it, please update it in order to have the problem fixed.
