Hello,
My music on my mp3 player doesn't show when I cut on my mp3 player it says no files. When I hook it up to the computer it shows but when I try to open it say open with. I tried opening it with internet explorer but its a bunch of scrambled up words, can't understand a thing. I guess its coded. Can you help me?

hi there,

you must format the mp3 player

then transfer your music files again

its been infected by a virus
