this is windows vista home premium bought in germany,here main problem language,is Germany,will change english

Why not to try the Shareware Vistalizator edited by Softpedia : it's designed for all official releases of Vista ?

system can include only a single language, with the exception of the Windows
VistaT Ultimate and the Windows VistaT Enterprise editions.
