Drivers problem

Hello,
i have an aspire 7730G and changed the OS from vista home ed. to xp installed the drivers worked then changed my os from xp to win 7 but the drivers are no able to run they say i dont have the minimum requirements so they may run. then tried to change back to xp and still the same problem some of the drivers dont even start to set up. can anyone help tnx!
