How to delete autorun.inf from pen Drive

Hello,


I am unable to delete autorun.inf from my pendrive & therefore I am unable to format my pendrive . When I try to format My pendrive it shows ( one Program is running in it please close it first & then try to format ) I tried everything but unable to delete the same . I think autorun.inf is in my PC because when I connect a new pendrive then it automatically come in the pendrive . so please do the needfull & help me ................
