My computer is sutdowing unespectedly

Hello,
when i play games or wen i instal any soft ware it displace that it does not support full screan then also if i run ,it will shut down.
if i use my computer for many hours(above 8) it is shut downing

i have laptop not pc .
and how to apply some silicon paste on the processor

hi there,

install more cooler fan in your cpu

the temperature is getting high

apply some silicon paste on the processor also
