It can be resulting from different problems. Firstly I would advise you to check
whether the power supply cable is not damaged. Try using another cable to see.
Then check whether the graphic and sound card is working all right. It might also
be that the power supply unit in your computer is faulty.
Please confirm the source of the problem in order to have the solution to it.
