Is my ram my only prob with running gta 4 ?

Hello, I have Processors Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 3.00GHz, 3000 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 2 Logical Processor(s)
Ram 1.5 gb, Video Card 9600 GTX gforce

Your GPU card is probably a fake as there is no 9600 GTX, and you must at least service pack 3 on xp and service pack 1 on vista.
