Unable to connent mobile with laptop

Hello,
i am using karbonn mobiles model # - k-217.but i am unable to connet this with my laptop .is there any soft wear is avl to connent this with my pc.pls tell.another thing i am also unable to connent my laptop with my karbonn phone through bluetooth. so pls tell me how to connect this.

yes indeed there is software that you must install

its pc suite and actually not available for download

i will advise you to contact the manufacturer fr more information
