Hello,
Just today I took my Samsung GT-S5230 out of my pocket and... SURPRISE!!!!... the crystals were broken. It came as a shock to me as I documented a lot before buying this phone and it says quote: 'Every Crystal Case is made from the special type of durable polycarbonate plastic that's used to make protective eyewear. This advanced material is shatterproof, shock absorbent and completely clear.'. I wanted to post a request for service online, but seem to have a lot of trouble when it comes to finding the model on the warranty rollover menu selction bar. Under mobile phones I can not find my S5230 model. Please help as I do not know were to go to get my warranty service. Thank you
