Having trouble with my pc camera all i see is

Hello,
hi can yah help me with my camera, i have installed it and its working actually my computer detects it but when i started to use it all i see is black..

Dear Ruth,

Please check out if the camera that you are using has no lid over its lens

that should be lifted when using it. Also check whether the brightness

settings has been set properly on the application that you are using. It would

be greatly helpful if you could indicate which cam model and application you

are using.
